Tickets

Lift Off is a cashless event. Your wristband will be your access to enter, purchase food, drinks, merchandise and will need to be loaded up by using cash, credit or debit card. We recommend purchasing the option with the wristband credit

All tickets purchased must be printed in order to exchange for your wristband to access the festival. We highly recommend wristbands to be picked up at our box office prior to the event.  

Box office will be open Thursday August 9th, 2018 3pm to 7pm and Monday August 6th through Friday August 10th 12pm to 7pm. Day of show Saturday August 11th and Sunday August 12th box office will be open from 11am to 9pm. 

After the festival ends, you can claim any leftover balance on the wristband.

Lift Off Festival is open to ALL AGES! Children under the age of 10 may attend free of charge when accompanied

by a paying legal guardian. Children are only allowed in the general admission area accompanied with the paid adult.


re-entry

Re-entry to the Festival is not permitted under any circumstances. 


SECURITY & SAFETY

All attendees of Lift Off Festival are subject to search upon entry to the Festival. Security personnel will be present throughout the Festival grounds to ensure the safety of this event. Marked first-aid stations will be accessible in key locations.


ATMS

Lift Off is a Cashless event only. There will NOT be ATMs available inside the Festival.  


PARKING

Lift Off Festival does not provide parking. Street parking may be available on a limited basis. We encourage attendees to utilize public transit or rideshare programs.


PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering the Festival, you will be consenting to allow your image/likeness to possibly be photographed and/or filmed for purposes at the discretion of Festival management. 


FOOD & DRINKS

Lift Off Festival is proud to offer a wide variety of food from local vendors.

Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase inside the Festival with a valid government-issued photo ID or passport.

You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

Lift Off Festival will take place as scheduled, rain or shine.

Lift Off Festival has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to: race, color, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, and disability status.


PROHIBITED ITEMS

NO outside food or beverages allowed, except for a maximum of 2 sealed water bottles

NO backpacks

NO video recorders or DSLR cameras will be allowed on Festival grounds

NO glass of any kind

NO weapons of any kind

NO paint of any kind, including paint markers and spray paint

NO fireworks

NO illegal substances

NO illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia

NO prescription drugs permitted without a valid prescription. Your name and dosage amount must be clearly visible, and drugs must be in their original container. The amount of medication is limited to your dosage required for the duration of the Festival. All such prescription drugs must be handed in to medical personnel upon arrival at the Festival.

NO products that are being used or may be used for an unintended purpose that could be hazardous to your health or the health of others

NO large umbrellas

NO chairs

NO frisbees

NO unsealed tampons

NO stuffed animals/dolls

NO pacifiers

NO unsealed over-the-counter medications or vitamins

NO vending without permit allowed

NO bicycles, scooters, go-karts, or ATVs

NO animals (registered service animals permitted- see Allowed items list for more info)

NO coolers

NO open containers (see Allowed items list regarding One (1) empty clear reusable water bottle per person)

NO aerosol cans, regardless of contents

NO tripods, removable camera equipment (e.g. lenses) or selfie sticks

NO projectiles or explosives

NO knives or sharp objects (including spiked jewelry)

NO flammable products

NO water guns or misters

NO flyers, stickers, or posters

NO drones and/or other similar flying apparatus

NO sleeping bags

NO professional-quality cameras

NO tactical gear

NO gas masks

NO musical instruments including whistles

NO LED gloves or glow sticks

NO Native American headdresses

NO inflatables of any kind, including balloons

NO item that can be used to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods in the sole discretion of Festival staff

If you bring any of these items on the above prohibited items list into the Festival, such items will be confiscated and discarded, and you may be subject to removal from the Festival based on the sole discretion of Festival staff. Under no circumstances will Festival staff hold any prohibited items for you

If you are unsure about the equipment you are planning to bring, leave it at home!

Simple cameras (disposable or pocket cameras with non-removable parts)

Go-Pros(no sticks)

Small plastic tarps and blankets to sit on

Sealed sunscreen and cosmetic products (max 3 oz or 90ml)

Small/medium backpacks (no larger than 21″ tall x 14” wide x 10″ deep), including Camelback

Sealed cigarettes and lighters

Cell phones

One (1) empty clear reusable water bottle per person.

Sunglasses, hats, fanny packs

Sealed lip balm, gum, and mints

Service animals and service animals-in-training are permitted under the following circumstances:

1.    You are a person with a disability or disabilities which warrants the need for a service animal

2.    Your service animal is wearing appropriate apparel

3.    You can provide credentials from an accredited school or other institution which verify the service animal’s completed training

Any item deemed dangerous by Festival staff or security is strictly prohibited
